If you don't want to choose catalog, remove:
Data\Current\Lightroom\Preferences
your catalog will be created in My Pictures\Lightroom without asking.
Remove in Data\All\CameraRaw\CameraProfiles all files and folders you will not use.
Settings of installed Lightroom should be preserved.
